I engaged a Personal Trainer to experience how it feels like paying someone to ‘torture’ me while create BEAUTIFUL Result  in mid-August.  After three months, I did a result check yesterday.  These are my results and the few stuff I learned with the engagement:

If you or have colleagues who smoke, you will notice that there is a ’survival need’ to take smoking breaks at an intervals of approximately 2 hours everyday…. mid-morning break, before lunch, late afternoon, and right after office hours.
If you have a need to check your e-mails, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Linked-In at the similar intervals, you are the new addicts..
