Hi SK,

Thank you for a great sharing.

If I may add, celebrations of sex as mentioned is accompanied with emotion of LOVE (read as in love, in passions with, in committment / self-giving to)... with the right mate in marriage, a controlled urge and desires, with caring, loving and honesty.

As Napoleon Hill mentioned, 'Those who has discovered how to give sex emotion an outlet through some form of creative effort, lifted himself to the status of a genius'

In another word, HARNESS the powerful physical energies, the over-abundance of lusty, passionate, sensual energy to empower the pursuit aims in life.

Interesting stuff. Poets through the ages have been trying to describe the feeling of 'sex'. They have been trying to find the words to describe this uniquely human experience (unique because so far it seems that only humans want to and need to engage in sex for purposes other than procreation). They have variously described it as 'becoming one with the universe' or 'feeling the life-beat of the universe'. Ancient Indians celebrated sex. They even wrote a sacred text on this subject. BUT, it was treated with utmost respect and was presented in an almost spiritual manner (without loosing its eroticsm). Sexual energy was also recognised by the ancient Chinese, Japanese and the tribes of Africa. The female form of a goddess is the ultimate recognition of sex as a life giving energy.

So, this so called discovery of 'sexual energy' is nothing new. No offense to Freud (whose writings I studied during my post-graduate years) but we Asians, need to reach back into our own interpretation of sex and sexuality. Then maybe, we can become powerful and creative.

Fear of Poverty
Philippians 4:19
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Fear of Criticism
Matthew 10:28
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Fear of Ill Health
Job 2:7-10
So Satan ... afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head. ... Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?" In all this, Job did not sin in what he said.

Fear of Loss of Love of Someone
Matthew 10:37-39
"Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

Fear of Old age
Isaiah 46:4
Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

Fear of Death
Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

To add - inappropriate ways of handling fear, eventhough the result is favorable and desired at the point when it meets us, will have future consequences, which may paralyzes in other ways or provoke anger and violence in us....
