Energy Drained

It must have something to do with age

It must be that we are getting older

Feeling our energy limited

or we just have too much to do these days.

Not enough time for rest

Not enough time for s..

Not enough time for myself

nor time for my pet.

But how did they do it…

Huge responsibilities, running companies

Yet make time for children, and family

Time to read, cook and gardening

Golf, games, cycle and motoring.

Battled with heat wave recently…

5 days down and no sign of recovery

Struggling to sleep but cough accompanied

Maybe I should.. act of disappearing..

Till wellness cometh.
